Mr. Rahim Aktepe is a founding partner of the law firm Legal Corner (www.legalcorner.be). His practice focuses on legal aspects on immigration.
Mr. Aktepe will give an overview of key themes on legal aspects on immigration and employment in Belgium: access to territory, international protection, residence, citizenship, regularization..
He obtained his law degree at the University of Brussels (VUB) in 2004 and he has been a member of the Antwerp Bar since 2004.

Burak Karakaya working as a Legal Consultant with Fragomen Global LLP law firm in Brussels, will be discussing the various possibilities given to foreign employees with Belgian work permit type B’s and how to obtain a Belgium work permit type B in Belgium as well as the renewal requirements.
The route on obtaining a work permit type A, advantages of work permit type A as well as ”unlimited residency” possibilities in Belgium will be discussed with the possibility to ask brief questions during this seminar.
